All of our leather is tanned in House allowing us to control Full
process of Tanning to Manufacturing safely allowing our costumer with Quality
Products they are promised.

RAW SKIN
Raw hides & skins are sourced depending on the final products to be made. We mainly use Cow, Buffalo, Sheep and Goat skins from Pakistani origin as well as from other countries based on requirement

SOAKING
Skins are soaked in water containing detergent/ chemicals so any dirt or extra salt is removed from the surface. It is an important step to condition the skins for the further processes.

FLESHING
Fats and some excessive parts of the skin/hide that are not required in tanning are removed from the flesh side by machine

TAINING
It is the last process of beam house operations and is carried out in big wooden revolving drums.

GRADING
Selection is done to choose appropriate quality of the skins based on the nature of finished product...

WET BLUE STORAGE
Skins are soaked in water containing detergent/ chemicals so any dirt or extra salt is removed from the saAfter grading the skins, these are stored in different grades that can range from no. 1 to 4 and can be issued in different nature of articles. Rejected grade is sold out in local market in the form of wet blue.urface. It is an important step to condition the skins for the further processes.

SAMMING
This process will remove extra water/ moisture from the skins...

SPLITING
This process is carried out on thick leathers for bringing its full and uneven substance to near the required final substance.

WET SHAVING
The hides and skins are put through a machine with a rapidly revolving cylinder cutting fine, thin fragments from the flesh side to reduce and/or even out the thickness

DYEING
The tanned hides are loaded into large wooden vessels which are filled with water, fats, resins and dyes of various color.  The colored leather is then ready to be dried.

SETTING OUT
This will remove excess moisture in the skin and help with the drying process to follow. Skin surface also becomes more smooth after this process.

VACCUM
Skins are placed between the metal plates and vacuum will squeeze excess water from the skins and will also help in flatting the skin. In some cases this process is also carried out on dry skins.

HANG DRYING
Skins will pass through a heat chamber while hanging on an indoor chamber. This will help expedite the drying process especially in cold months.

CONDITIONING
After drying the moisture in the skins comes up to 6% to 8% but for next process it should be 11% to 12% throughout the skins. So in order to achieve this level of moisture conditioning process is done.

STAKING
In order to give softness to the leathers 3 types of staking machines are used that are vibration, roller and wheel staking.

DRY SHAVING
This is an additional process other than wet shaving to set the final thickness of the skin and correct any variations within the skin.

BUFFING
Hides are inserted through a machine equipped with an abrasive cylinder which removes the top surface of the leather. In Nubuk and Suede, buffing is done to achieve the classic velvety look.

MILLING
Milling in conventional wooden or modern steel drum is done to make the skins softer and achieve a certain grain look.

TOGGLING
Skins are clipped tightly to the metal perforated frame. It is then slided into a heat chamber

TRIMMING & CRUST SELECTION
Skins are clipped tightly to the metal perforated frame. It is then slided into a heat chamber

SPRAY PLANT
Skins are passed through an automatic plant which has several spray gun mounted on it. These guns revolve around the skins passing through the conveyer belt and spray chemicals to enhance the color outcome, improve hand feel and overall optic of the leather.

ROLLER COATING
In this process we apply the chemicals with the roller instead of spraying. The purpose of roller coating is to give chemical application from 5 to 15 grams per sq.ft at once and at the same time also avoid wastage of chemicals.

POLISHING
This process will make the surface of the skin more smooth and cover the natural heal marks on the skins with the polishing process.

EMBOSSING
Special engraved plates are used on this machine to emboss the skins with different prints and textures. We carry different variation of these plates in our collection and we keep adding new designs time to time.

IRONING
This process will iron the skins with a lot of pressure. This will also help penetrate the chemicals applied earlier during spray plant process and thus making the surface more smooth.

FINAL SELECTION & CO
After completing all the processes of the leather then final QC. and selection is carried out in which color, substance, feel, touch, fastness, grain cracking and any other requirement made by the customer is checked.

MEASURING, DISPATCH & READY TO SHIP
The area of the leather is scanned in all its irregular glory. The square-footage measurement is then stamped on the flesh side of the hide/skin. Then the material is packed in the cartons and ready for dispatch
