A regular order is any order of the pre-listed item available in the store. We ship all regular orders within 1 business day.
What are pre-orders?
You can place pre-orders for our to-be-launched products. Get new styles as soon as they arrive. Please make sure to subscribe to our newsletter for the latest news about new products.
Can I change or cancel the order after it has been placed?
You can change or cancel the order before we ship it. Please let us know before our cut-off time, which is 1 PM EST. You can reach us through chat, email, or phone to request an order change or cancellation. The best way would be to make a call and also send an email (use this email address: service@ovlan.com) so that we make changes as quickly as possible.
How can I track my order?
Each order comes with tracking information you can use to locate your order. Please use that tracking information to track your order.
Which form of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal and all types of credit cards.
Why was my payment declined? What should I do?
Please contact your bank or your payment issuer to investigate the problem. You can place your order with some other payment method too.

How do I make sure the jacket I selected will fit me perfectly?
Each product comes with its own size guide. To ensure a perfect fit, please refer to the size guide on the product page. By consulting this guide, you can confidently choose the right size. However, if the product doesn’t fit as expected, you can exchange it for a different size within 30 days.

How should I clean my leather garment?
Cleaning your leather garment is easier than it looks. Here is a basic three-step process that is simple and efficient in cleaning any leather garment. Please make sure you are consulting the care label for your garment before cleaning.Â
- Clean your leather garment with a microfiber cloth or a soft-bristled brush to remove visible soiling or grime.Â
- Prepare a cleaning solution with leather cleaner and warm water. You can also use mild dish soap with a warm water mixture.Â
- Dip a clean microfiber cloth in the mixture and gently massage it on the garment. Wipe off the remaining moisture with a dry cloth and apply a leather conditioner to keep it shiny
How should I store my leather garment?
Here is how you can properly store your leather garments to maintain their quality and increase their life.Â
- Choose a cool, dry place away from heat and sunlight. Sunlight can fade leather. Â
- Use padded hangers, preferably wooden, to maintain the garment shape.Â
- Use breathable fabric or cotton dust bags to allow air to circulate without letting in dust or dirt.Â
Can I wear a leather jacket in the rain?
Leather jackets are not fully waterproof unless specified in the product description. You may wear your leather jacket in light rain or drizzle, but it is not recommended for heavy rain or storms. Ideally, leather garments should be worn in dry weather.
If your leather jacket gets wet, gently pat it dry with a clean cloth, let it air dry completely, and apply a leather conditioner to restore moisture and prevent shrinking or wrinkles.

How Can I track the delivery of my shipment?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your shipment. Simply visit the carrier’s website, enter the tracking number in the designated field, and you will get real-time updates on your delivery
Can I change the shipping address after I’ve placed the order?
Yes, you can change the shipping address after you have placed the order. For that, you will have to inform us about the desired change before our cut-off time which is 12 PM EST.Â
